This form is for us to create your child a profile in our check-in and check-out system for Vision Kids Zone (Children's Church). This does not guarantee your child a space each Sunday. Check-in time begins at 9:30am and will continue until 9:50am or until we are at capacity. Our capacity is 10 children per class.
